What happens after 50 publications on the free plan?

We keep finding publications. The first 50 confirmed ones stay on your feeds, and newer ones wait until you upgrade. You can still export the full list.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing is the monthly price for ten months, so two months are free. The calculator shows the yearly total.

Can I export my publications?

Yes, on every plan, including free. Download JSON, CSV, BibTeX, or RIS whenever you want.

What if a researcher retires or dies?

Preserve the collection from the researcher’s profile for a one-time fee. Syncing stops, the publications stay on your feeds with no limit, and the profile is no longer billed. You can also name a steward on your account, and they can request access through our stewardship form.

What if we have more than 20 researchers?

Contact us. Self-serve billing stops at 20 researchers.

Do you support sources beyond PubMed?

We currently integrate with PubMed and ORCID. Additional sources like OpenAlex and Semantic Scholar are on our roadmap.
